All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We ask that you take care when trying on garments, as items returned to us in an unwearable, damaged condition with a smell of any products or marks caused by makeup, fake tan, or any other stains will not be accepted and will be refused a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Minamollie and will not be refunded with your order. Please ensure that any items returned are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service and keep the receipt, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days of receiving the goods and will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
